  • ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN

    When is check-in?


    Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m.


    When is check-out?


    Check-out is until 10:00 a.m.


    How does self check-in work?


    After booking, you automatically receive your personal door code by email.

    If your phone number is correctly registered in international format, you will also receive a WhatsApp confirmation.


    The door code works only during your booked stay.


    Can I arrive on the same day I book?


    Yes, provided the apartment is available.


    Is early check-in or late check-out available?


    Yes. Early check-in and late check-out must be booked separately and are subject to availability.


    Why is the correct phone number important?


    For security reasons, door codes are sent only to the phone number registered with the booking. Please ensure that the number provided is reachable during your stay.


    What if I have problems with the door code?


    Please contact us immediately and we will assist you promptly.

    What is included in the apartments?


    Each apartment includes:


    A fully equipped kitchen


    A private bathroom


    A king-size bed


    A washing machine


    Iron and ironing board

    Bed linen and towels


    Dishwasher (all apartments except Apartment 2)

  • KITCHEN

    What is included in the kitchen?


    The kitchen is fully equipped with standard cooking equipment and cleaning supplies, including:


    Dishwashing liquid


    Kitchen sponges


    Dishwasher tabs


    Laundry detergent


    Kitchen roll


    Toilet paper


    We intentionally do not provide open food products such as spices or cooking oil for hygiene reasons.

  • CHILDREN

    From what age are children charged?


    Children under 2 years stay free of charge. From the age of 2, the full rate applies.


    Are baby cots available?


    Yes. Baby cots can be booked for a small additional fee including bedding.


    Are high chairs available?


    Yes. High chairs are provided free of charge. Please book no later than 6:00 p.m. the day before arrival.

  • DOGS & PET POLICY

    Are dogs allowed?


    Yes. Dogs are welcome.


    Maximum two dogs per apartment


    No restricted breeds


    Must be booked in advance


    Are dogs allowed on beds or furniture?


    No. Dogs are not permitted on beds or upholstered furniture.


    Is there an additional cleaning fee for dogs?


    No separate cleaning fee applies. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in tidy condition.

  • GARDENS (SELECT APARTMENTS)

    Do all apartments have gardens?


    No. Two apartments feature large private garden areas. (Apts 1 & 7)


    Are gardens completely private?


    Each garden is assigned to a specific apartment. However, some garden areas are connected.


    Are dogs allowed in the garden?


    Yes, but they must be supervised at all times. Waste must be disposed of outside the garden areas.


    Cleaning staff clean the apartments but do not remove pet waste from gardens.


    Why might staff enter the garden?


    Between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., staff may occasionally need access for operational reasons, as storage facilities are located there.

  • BICYCLES & E-BIKES

    Is bicycle storage available?


    Yes. We provide mostly covered bicycle storage depending on the building.


    During peak summer periods, space may be limited. All bicycles are stored securely.


    Can I charge my e-bike battery?


    Yes. E-bike batteries may be charged inside the apartment.


    Please use the original charger only and avoid connecting multiple power strips together. For permanently installed batteries, please contact us.

  • CLEANING

    Is final cleaning included?


    Yes. Final cleaning is included in the price.


    Are intermediate cleanings available?


    From the 4th day onward, linen changes or intermediate cleanings can be arranged upon request.


    Guests are expected to leave the apartment in reasonable condition.

  • PARKING

    Is parking available?


    Yes. Public parking is available directly in front of the building.


    Is parking free?


    From Monday to Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., a low-cost parking ticket is required. Outside these hours, parking is free.

  • HOUSE RULES

    Are parties allowed?


    No. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.


    Are there quiet hours?


    Yes. Quiet hours apply from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.


    Guests may of course remain in the apartment at any time. However, during quiet hours, noise must be kept to an absolute minimum. Respect for neighbors and other guests is essential.


    Can more guests stay in the apartment than booked?


    No. The number of guests must not exceed the number confirmed in the booking.

    Are there additional house rules?


    Yes. A separate and more detailed House Rules section applies to all stays.
