House Rules

Welcome to Altstadt Apartments Verden. Our apartments are located in historic buildings in Verden’s old town. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to respect other guests, neighbours and the building.

1. Check-in and check-out
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m.. Check-out is until 10:00 a.m..

Early check-in and late check-out may be booked additionally, subject to availability. Further information can be found in the digital guest guide.

2. Quiet hours and consideration
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.. Please avoid loud music, parties or unnecessary noise during this time.

3. Access and door code
Access is usually contactless via a personal door code. The code must not be shared with unauthorized persons.

4. Number of guests and visitors
The apartment may only be used by the number of persons booked and confirmed. Additional overnight guests are only allowed with prior approval.

Parties, events and larger gatherings are not permitted.

5. Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all apartments.

6. Dogs and pets
Dogs are welcome after prior booking. Please be considerate of other guests, neighbours and the apartments.

Unregistered pets or extraordinary cleaning effort may be charged separately.

7. Cleanliness and furniture
Please handle furniture, equipment, dishes and technical devices with care.

Extraordinary soiling, damage or missing items may be charged.

8. Bed linen and additional beds
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of additional beds must match the booking or be agreed in advance.

9. Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi may only be used in accordance with applicable law.

10. Safety
Please close windows and doors when leaving the apartment.

11. Damage and defects
Please report damage or defects as early as possible so that we can react quickly and find solutions.
