Welcome to Altstadt Apartments Verden. Our nine stylishly furnished apts. are located in two listed historic buildings in the very heart of Verden’s old town – just a few steps from the cathedral, cafés, restaurants and the pedestrian zone.
All apts. are fully equipped and suitable for both short and longer stays. Each unit features a private kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, digital self check-in and a washing machine. Most apts. also include a dishwasher.
Access is provided exclusively via modern digital door locks. There is no key handover and no fixed arrival time. After booking, guests automatically receive their personal access code and can arrive independently at any time within the booked period – including same-day arrivals, subject to availability.
Every apt. offers a comfortable king-size bed. Many units additionally provide a high-quality sofa bed. Two apts. feature spacious private gardens and are particularly well suited for families or extended stays.
Our buildings are listed historic properties. While this gives them their unique character, it also means that repairs cannot always be completed immediately. We believe in transparency and focus on offering a fair overall package at reasonable prices.
Numerous public parking spaces are available directly in front of both buildings. From Monday to Thursday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., a low-cost parking ticket is required; outside these hours, parking is free of charge.
Quiet hours apply in all apts. between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Selected units use passive noise monitoring systems that do not record conversations and are solely intended to detect unusually high noise levels at an early stage.
Bed linen and laundry service are always included. For longer stays, a bed linen change or interim cleaning can be arranged on request after approximately four to five days.
Dogs are welcome and can be added in advance. Early check-in and late check-out are available as optional extras via a separate booking link, subject to availability.
Bookings are, of course, also possible via well-known booking platforms. However, the best rates are exclusively available when booking directly through our website. Prices adjust daily based on season, demand and length of stay.
