Our accommodations have a size of 35-130 square meters.

1 accommodation for max.6 people, 1 accommodation for max. 4 people, 1 accommodation for max. 3 people, 4 accommodation for max. 2 people.

The basic price applies to the standard occupancy of 2 people. A surcharge will be charged for every additional person.

If you want to use more than one bed for two in an accommodation that allows this based on the maximum number of people, please book for 3 people.

For longer stays by several people, Apt. 1 & 3 can be combined. This creates space for a maximum of 6 people Apartments 1 - 3 / 4 - 6 are located in Strukturstrasse 4 and Andreasstrasse 19 and are therefore only a few meters away from each other.

All units have their own bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens.

Most of Verden's sights are in the immediate vicinity. The top restaurants, cafes, bars and the pedestrian zone with its diverse shopping opportunities are also only approx. 250 meters away.

Contactless: all apartments are opened with a numeric code, which makes handing over the keys superfluous. Therefore, all of our apartments are easily accessible around the clock for the duration of your stay.

You should feel at home. We therefore offer more of a home - and not a hotel! Please treat it well. All apartments are individually furnished and have their own entrances. We do not have a lobby, but you can feel completely undisturbed. Employees are not always on site either, but we can be reached by phone around the clock and can solve almost everything by phone.
